We are here to help facilitate the needs and demands of today's producers, directors, stunt coordinators and to create and develop new and exciting projects that can be enjoyed by everyone.
Michael created Mayhem Productions as a place where working artists and professionals in their fields could come together to create lasting and original pieces of work. Michael describes himself as a story teller. Be it as an actor, a playwright, a stunt coordinator, a producer or a director. His passion to create new works of art and to develop new ideas seems endless!
Originally from New Orleans, Louisiana Mike developed a love for the stage and screen at an early age. He started writing for the stage and studying theatre in high school with their award winning theater program and their acting troupe the Marion Players. With the the Marion Players he wrote and directed his first full length play (that is still talked about today) and carved out his own niche as the entertainment director of school’s closed circuit television station, Wolf TV, where he produced several shorts for its weekly entertainment section. From there he received a scholarship and then his degree in Theatrical Performance and Directing from the theatre conservatory at North Western State University of Louisiana. During his time at Northwestern he studied acting, directing, stage combat and playwriting. By his senior year he was teaching playwriting, directing his own projects and had become the theatre's leading man. After graduating he went full force into the professional worlds of theatre and film and has been working ever since.
As a stage actor he has had leading roles in such productions as Romeo & Juliet, The Taming of the Shrew, Midsummer Nights Dream, Beast on the Moon and Assassins. You can also catch him on the silver screen playing parts in Warner Bros. and Lionsgate movies or on the TV performing on ABC Family, CBS and The Disney Chanel.
While in Orlando, Florida Michael worked as a leading man in many of the theme park shows, local theatres and entertainment venues. He has been on the creative side of show development for quite some time and has worked as a fight choreographer, show director and creator on dozens of original shows and show openings across central Florida and through out the southeast.
Currently, Michael and the Los Angeles branch of Mayhem Productions are working successfully in the film and television arenas. They have produced several original short films and Michael continues to work in the film industry as an actor, fight choreographer, producer and writer.
Clay Van Sickle, Contributing member of Mayhem Productions. In addition to being an amazing actor and stuntman he skills range from knowing SWAT Entry and Clearing Techniques to American Sign Language to Adult CPR and First Aid and he has a Current Entertainment Firearms Permit which is why he is our special effects guru!
Clay has worked extensively in the entertainment business for more than 14 years. He received his formal training from Baldwin Wallace College, where he received a BA in Theatre Arts with a specialization in Technical Theatre. While at BW, Clay served as Scene Shop Foreman where he learned welding and woodworking, as a Rigger, Electrician, Sound Designer and Actor/Director. He also studied prop building, and Sound and Lighting Design.
Clay's movement and stunt training includes The Society of American Fight Directors, The International Order of the Sword and Pen and The United Stuntmen's Association. This training included High Falls, Car stunts, Burn stunts and extensive combat training. After his initial training, Clay returned to the United Stuntmen's Association as a Journeyman Instructor.
Clay heard of Mike’s idea for Mayhem Productions and joined his band of merry men on the spot! Of course when Mike found out, a duel ensued, blood spilt, and a great hearty laugh by all involved!
Over the last decade, Ryan has performed stage fights with rapiers, daggers, small swords, broadswords, cutlasses, bullwhips, battle axes, quarter staves, his fists, other folk's fists, his feet, plungers, and a Nerf crossbow.
He began sword work at the Pennsylvania Renaissance Festival, where he had the pleasure of training and performing with some of the top instructors in the Society of American Fight Directors.
With this solid background, he was soon working as fight captain and a choreographer at both the Festival and regional theaters. In addition to many stage credits as an actor, combatant, stunt performer, and fight director, Ryan has taught stage combat to actors of all ages through classes and workshops around the country.
Ryan can be seen performing at Pirates Dinners Adventure in Orlando, FL, as a rope-swinging, sword-fighting pirate; and at Renaissance Festivals around the country as one-half of To the Hilt, the Comedy Swordfighting Show.
All of this can lead to only one conclusion: Ryan Gigliotti is a professional sword-fighter, just like Van Damme is a professional kick-boxer...
It is no secret that the demand for the action actor has returned. With more and more productions requesting and using actors who are not only camera friendly, but action and stunt oriented, Mayhem is here to fill that need.
All action should further the story. It should be 'acted' ... if not, then its just choreography without a story. Quality training and the execution of various moves and choreography can make or break an action scene. It's not about 'throwing a punch', it’s about knowing how to move and react safely. It is about working with a team and maximizing each individual's talents and collaborating to create one great scene! And its cost effective!!!

A tragic tale of loss and forgiveness as a group of friends spend one last weekend together reliving their childhood fantasy of being Knights of the Realm questing to destroy the Black Knight.
'Untitled Horror Movie'
A group of travelers seek the last refuge in a world gone mad. Destroyed by an unknown plague the world has moved on and human race is all but gone. Following an old radio announcement they drive to California, but the closer they get more they turn in upon themselves, hoping for this new promise land.
'The Stuntmen'
A group of buddies try to start a stunt production company. Only problem, is no one can do stunts!

Currently, Mike Mayhall was working on a new show
for Spike TV called the 'Deadliest Warrior' and for a new show on the History Channel called 'Warriors'. Also, he will be in the up and coming films 'Jonah Hex' and 'Bed and Breakfast'.
Mike and Mayhem choreographed the fights for a Sci-fi show called 'Promethea'. Hopefully, it will be airing sometime at the end of the year!
